    * Said on Thursday had decided to issue a total of 3,333,333 new shares 
    * Shares will be issued as conversion of debt resulting from acquisition of property 
Heimdalsgade 39 in Copenhagen  
    * All shares has been subscribed for by H.C. Holding Investeringsaktieselskab A/S at 1.50
